Can I keep my phone number?
Yes, in most cases, and it’s free. Moving your existing number to us is free. Our staff arrange it by hand, and it usually takes a few working days. Or choose a new UK number.
What is the digital switchover?
The UK's old analogue phone network (the PSTN) is being retired by 2027, and landline calls are moving to digital lines that run over broadband internet. Here's what that means for you.
What is full fibre (FTTP)?
Full fibre, also called FTTP (fibre to the premises), runs fibre optic cable all the way to your home or business, rather than switching to copper at a street cabinet.
How do I update my Direct Debit?
Check your Direct Debit in the customer portal, and contact us to change the bank account it comes from. We'll send you a secure GoCardless link. If you switched bank with the Current Account Switch Service, you don't need to do anything.
