Can I keep my phone number?
Yes, in most cases, and it's free. Our staff arrange it by hand, and it usually takes a few working days. Or choose a new UK number.
Will my existing phone work with a digital line?
In most cases you plug your current phone into the adapter we lend you. If it does not work, we will talk through options.
What happens to my phone in a power cut?
Digital phones need power. If you rely on your landline for 999, tell us before you switch and we will give you a free back-up.
