Business Talk 2000
A single business phone line for one person, with one UK number.
£14.49 a month, fixed for your whole 12-month contract. This is the total you pay.
- Set-up and delivery £9.99
- A new UK phone number included
- 2,000 minutes a month to UK landlines (numbers starting 01, 02 and 03) and UK mobiles (07, but not 070 or 076)
- Within your 2,000 minutes, you can use a maximum of 1,000 minutes to mobiles and 600 minutes to 03 numbers
- Calls beyond your minutes, including above those limits: 10p a minute to UK landlines and mobiles
- International calls and numbers starting 09, 118, 070, 084 and 087 are barred to protect you. We’ll lift a bar free if you ask.
- Unused minutes don’t roll over to the next month
- Minimum term: 12 months
Fair use: Business Talk 2000 is for normal business calls made by one person on one line. It isn’t for call centres, auto-diallers, bulk or marketing calls, or reselling minutes. If your use looks like this, we’ll contact you first to talk it through. We may suggest a plan that suits you better, such as a multi-user phone system. We won’t add charges without telling you first.
Before you order: we’ll send you a contract summary with the key details, including the price, minimum term, what happens when the contract ends, and how to cancel. We’ll also send our terms. You’ll get these to read before you agree.
Cancelling: business customers don’t have the 14-day cooling-off period that consumers have. Please read your contract summary before you order. If you’re a sole trader buying for personal use, our home phone service may suit you better, and it has the 14-day cooling-off period.
999 calls and power cuts: you can call 999 and 112 for free from the phone or adapter plugged into your Business Talk line. Your line won’t work in a power cut or a broadband fault. If you rely on it to call 999, for example because there’s no reliable mobile signal where you are, tell us when you order and we’ll talk through your options. Please keep your address up to date with us, because we give it to the emergency services.
Need several users or extensions? Ask us about our partner’s multi-user business phone system.
