Your phone number matters, whether it's been the family landline for decades or it's printed on your vans. In most cases you can bring it with you, for homes and businesses, at no charge.
How it works
Our staff arrange the move by hand. It usually takes a few working days. It isn't instant or automatic — we agree a switch date with you and your current provider.
Want to keep your current number?
Tell us your number and current provider when you order, or email sales, and we'll arrange the move. Or choose a new UK number with the local area code you want.
No home internet?
You can get a new UK landline number with our digital phone plans and make and receive calls over your broadband. The app needs a compatible smartphone.
Already have broadband from someone else?
Our digital phone works over any provider's broadband connection, for homes and businesses. You don't need to get your broadband from us.
Will my existing phone work?
In most cases, you can plug your current phone into the phone adapter we lend you. If yours doesn't work with it, we'll talk you through the options.
